Our mission at Camp Albemarle is simple yet profound: "Foster Relationships, Nurture Growth, and Connect with God's Creation." Through engaging programs and intentional ministry, our staff live out this mission, impacting the lives of hundreds of campers in transformative ways.
Each summer, we bring together approximately 50 high school and college students from across the United States and around the world to serve our community of 1,000+ campers. As a member of our team, you’ll gain invaluable leadership experience, deepen and share your faith with young people, and build friendships that will last a lifetime.
Overnight Staff
At Camp Albemarle, you’ll make a lasting impact on campers’ lives while enjoying breathtaking views of the Sound and unforgettable adventures. As a staff member, you’ll stay on-site in a cozy bunk, enjoy weekday meals, and focus on what matters most: connecting, growing, and having fun. From water activities to devotion stories, each day is filled with laughter and meaningful moments alongside a faith-filled team that feels like family. Working at Camp Albemarle Day Adventures means trading the typical 8-to-5 routine for exciting days filled with fun, faith, and meaningful connections. Nestled in the relaxing shade of the Croatan National Forest pine trees, you’ll lead campers in adventures, games, and growth, all while enjoying a provided meal and a supportive team. After each action-packed day, you’ll have your evenings free to relax and recharge. If you’re ready for a summer of purpose, laughter, and impact, Camp Albemarle Day Adventures is the place to be!
