As a Program Staff member, you’ll fill a key role in one of our specialized teams: Challenge, Sailing, or Lifeguarding.

Challenge Team: Take campers to new heights on our High Ropes courses and guide them in mastering their archery skills. You’ll help campers conquer challenges, build confidence, and experience the thrill of outdoor adventure.

Sailing Team: Spend your days on the water, teaching campers to sail and sharing the joy of catching the wind. You’ll have the best view of the sound as you guide campers through an unforgettable sailing experience.

Lifeguard Team: Keep the fun going at the pool, while also leading exciting water activities like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. You’ll ensure a safe environment and help campers make a splash as they explore the water.
